In Chinese tradition, it is believed that Chi, or life energy, needs to flow uninhibited through the body for it to be well. Chi Gung exercises help strengthen Chi and remove blockages in the energy pathways or meridians. Chi Gung is safe and gentle and has been practiced for thousands of years in China.
Standard Class structure: 10 - 15 mins of warm up exercises. 30 - 35 of Chi Gung including movements from the eight section brocade. 10 - 15 mins of standing or walking exercises. 5 mins closing Chi Gung.
