Bagua is a system of exercise incorporating the meditative method of circle walking. Distinctive spiral movements are used to strengthen and stretch the whole body. It helps to develop self-defence skills and forms a complete and practical martial art.

Standard Class structure: 15 - 20 mins of warm up exercises including Chi Gung and Gao Style Heavenly Stem practice. 30 - 35 mins of circle walking with palm changes. 30 - 35 mins of application and partner work. 5 mins of closing Chi Gung.
